I did some research on it and apparently it is a thing. I found a bunch of recommendation for use on peopleI will have to look into that person's suggestion.

He seems more irritated with the cornstarch lol. I got some blood stop powder, vetricyn spray and blu kote but the bleeding seems to have stopped. I quit using bleed stop. Doesn't work well, so I only use a Flour/Cornstarch mix now. (I don't use it for comb, or wattle injury though, I've found it unnecessary, only using for any major bleeding on other parts of the bird if they hurt themselves somehow)He seems more irritated with the cornstarch lol.
