Roo with mysterious lesions

Any idea what this is?? He's about 4-5 months old and we just noticed these. They're all over his body He lives inside primarily; no fights or trauma as far as I know. He has no lesions on his face, but is favoring a leg.

Saw some threads here with similar symptoms, but no resolutions as to what these things are nor how to treat them. Would appreciate any insight!
