I'm not 100% but I think it's a welsummer. Im also guessing the age as about 5-6 weeks.

A standing side shot would help. It's definitely a rooster, but I can't see things like it's legs and all over coloring to take a guess at breed.

Agreed, it's chest feathers will indicate as well

If you get too many Roos you could start a rooster only flock.
