Roof color

Does it matter what color shingles I use on my coop roof? I live in Ohio. Some posts I seen seemed to shy away from black roofs for the heat they generate, which would make sense in summer, but what about winter?

Assuming they have a good sized run, they won't spend much time in the coop during the hottest part of the day. Also make sure you have plenty of ventilation.
