I Have A 10 Foot Long And 5 Foot Wide Run For Three Standered Chickens I Plan On Making It Bigger Real Soon But My Question Is Do I Have To Let My Chickens Free Range Or Can I Keep Them In A Bigger Run With Food,grass Clippings And Water I Plan O Making The Run Alot Bigger Real Soon ..........please Help.........

You can let them free range, but from what you've posted, they have more than enough room to where you don't have to.

That's the size of my run, for my 4 full-sized chickens. I don't think you even need to enlarge it unless you plan to add a lot more chics. My girls only get about an hour a day out of the run, and I think there's no problem even if they didn't get that. Just be sure to provide whatever they need nutrionally, and keep it picked up to prevent smell. I enjoy letting them out, but if the weather prevented it, I'd just be glad they were safe and well cared for.
