Roos? And age?

So...I bought three Olive Eggers and I was told they were all pullets. Guess who started crowing? Yep one of the Olive Eggers! So I want to see if anyone thinks they are all Roos? I think I know the answer haha but I guess part of me is still hoping one might be a pullet. Also wonder what age my chickens are? Will I have issues if I have 4 Roos together? I think I might have a male duck too....this years wasn't my year for buying chicks haha. I'm a first time chicken owner so I don't know much haha. Also I think my Welsummer is a roo...am I right?
