All beautiful EE pullets! I agree that the white one is likely your layer b/c she has the reddest comb. The black one is probably the alpha, and they tend to make a lot of noise keeping the group together in my experience. Some are just noisier by nature. My spring EE's started laying a couple months ago. I have a sultan and a Pyncheon that just started last week, and they have both been very noisy and talkative for quite a while. Some chickens just like to chat a lot. lol. You might get green eggs from one of the other 2!

all hens i'd say. you can check their vents if it as wide as your index finger and middle finger. . .two fingers... then they are laying or getting close to it.
