Roos or Hens??

I got these 2 free from a lady who had purchased 6 chicks (straight run) and also purchased a small moveable coop online. The chicks quickly outgrew the coop, so she gave me these two. One "hen" she had at the time was definitely a rooster (which I told her).
I was thinking that one or BOTH of these were roos (after I got them home). Now I'm not sure---neither has started crowing yet. What do you think? Oh, and are the Red Stars?
