I have 3 young birds between 9 and 11weekish. A BCM, cream legbar mix and an isbar. I am thinking 2/3 at least are roosters but no expert. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

So you think the BCM is a pullet? I thought the flecks of red on its body and down its chest seemed roostery.I'm going to say 2 pullets and 1 cockerel. I'm on the fence with the light gray one, but don't see any major wattles and by 11 weeks i would think to see more development. So pullet for now.
Yes, comb and wattles would be much more pronounced. Hens also have some red color on their chest and around their necks, although not as much as roos.So you think the BCM is a pullet?
Oh good. I hope so she is my favorite! ThanksYes, comb and wattles would be much more pronounced. Hens also have some red color on their chest and around their necks, although not as much as roos.
The telltale sign will be in the next 3-4 weeks when the saddles feathers come in. Roos have pointy ones while hens are nice and round. They start coming in at 12 weeks.
