I don't see any saddle feathers on the black one. Hard to say need more pics.

I would say you have two pullets. The black may be a roo, the crest is throwing me off, but for now I am saying pullet.

They are Americana's

I think the light colored one is a hen. Still not positive about the black one.

I've never seen an Ameraucana with a tuff on it's head like that. And neigther look like they have bears and/or muffs, or is that just the pics? They look like a cross of some sort, maybe with a Polish?
