Roos question and convincing parents

I know a guy who has a free 2-4 month old silkie cockrell. Can someone post up pics of their silkie roo about this age?
Also 2 questions
since he is about 3 months and my hens are 6 months, who would probably get pecked? THe alpha females or the new roo
Also is it normal for him to be crowing now?

Most do. Though, with you getting a Silkie rooster, I'm not sure if that will be a problem as much.

It is possible, but if the hens are getting loved too much, you can always pen them separately part of the time.

Sure
We have the old coop on the other side of the yard that we can pen him in if he is being too naughty.
Now
He will be sleeping in the same coop with the hens.
I cover it up nicely, but leave a tiny bit open for air to flow in
Will this help keep him quiet in the early mornings? We arent home from 6 am til 230 pm some days.
The coop door opens at 530 am and they free range.
We have no worries of predators, besides my dogs, who could care less about the chickens, and they seem to be super scared of them
