Both cockerels but the first with red over wings looks like an Australorp cross, handsome bird

I don't know the different comb types so I'm not sure how to answer that. Now that I study the pics, they probably are both Maran/Austrolorp crosses. I bought a flock that included mostly Marans and Austrolorps and a few of these cross-type birds.

I was thinking Australorp might be a possible cross for the one, because of leg and eye color. But that second boy look like *maybe* a pea comb from what I can see. And his legs are the wrong color to be an austra/marans cross. His pretty coloring makes me think speckled Sussex cross.

Those weren't the only roos I see in the pic.. but I'm thinking you already know that!
