Roost Please advise

Very unique... I like this

Many use this type of set up, I just copied others with a few tweaks of my own....search for 'poop boards'. It's easy to clean up night poops(for improved air quality and reduction of flies) and birds are easily accessible for exams off the roost at night. They also provide more roost space than the roosts themselves, on the edge of boards and the boards themselves, and a place to hang out during those nasty winter storm days.

I think aart put up chicken wire or something to prevent birds from roosting in their coop rafters. It keeps them roosting over the poop boards. I don't use poop boards, and don't care that they are roosting up in the rafters. It gives them more roost space, and less drama over location.
