roost question

I HOPE im in the right section. If not im sorry. So i do have a roost built and they all use it except 2. I have a smaller silkie pullet who cant reach it yet and a silkie cockerel who has a birth defected foot. His foot makes him unable to roost with the others. I dont mind for now because he has a sister who lays with him on a smaller piece of THICK wood (maybe 6 inches high but when their on it the wood is like them being on flat ground), but when she leaves him he will be all alone and its making me worried. Is there a special roost i can build for him? Hes such a sweetie and i don't want my little buddy to be left alone with no one to sleep with.

You can build a ramp so that they can access the roost. In my experience, some silkies never choose to roost.
