Rooster and Hen Behavior

This morning I noticed my rooster was limping and when I got home this afternoon, one of the hens continued to lay around. When I saw her walking, I noticed she was limping. They are all 19 weeks old. Any ideas why they would be limping?

Can you give us some more information about your set-up, what their coop is like? For starters, how high are your roosts? Do the chickens free range? Any chance they had an encounter with a predator?
