It is either a Barred Plymouth Rock with proper barring or a Dominique with improper barring and I'm betting on the former. Here is a picture of what Dominique barring should look like and my Barred Plymouth Rock bantam's barring to compare Also, it looks like a cockerel and looks to be around two months old

Seeing that show quality barring, I'm not surprised. I would have been shocked had he come from a hatchery.
