    Oh Sorry.I am new to the Chicken World.So The buff Orpington.You know they Have Gold looking feathers.Sorry Again,Was that the wrong term?[​IMG]

    And See I only want one rooster for 14 hens.So I would like a little variety of hens.So what breed other than Buff Orpington would be ok to cross.

    ANYTHING you want! Orp roos are sweet and will take good care of your girls. Get whatever you feel is nessessary! [​IMG]

    orp girls with a orp roo. they lay very well and if you ever want to hatch you can have true buff orp babies [​IMG]

    Plymouth barred rocks and Rhode island reds would make good crosses IMO.
