my rooster was attack by a dog wednesday while i was in the shower. ive seperated him from the girls, he is eating and drinking very well. however, he doesnt look good. his whole back is exposed and there is a pretty deep puncture under his left wing. i really love this bird and dont want to lose him but i dont want him to suffer either. i am keeping his little pen in the garage clean and keeping his wounds clean. he is still bleeding but VERY little. what can i give him for the pain and what can i do to help him have a speedy recovery? any advice or suggestions welcome! i would really like to help him work through it!
