Rooster Attacking Hens

Hi I didn't really know where to put this so here it is.
My rooster has been pulling out and braking feathers on my hens while...yeah.
I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to give him away but if there is nothing else we can do that is whats gonna happen. Here are some pics:

He's not attacking, but rather over-mating them. Either he doesn't have access to enough hens, or those girls are just his favorites.

You can buy saddles to put on your hens. They are cloth items that cover their backs and protect them from the rooster's claws. The hens don't mind wearing them, but be careful about having them wear them all the time during hot days.
 
If you could at least double the number of hens that you have, you probably would not have as much trouble with the rooster pulling out the hens' feathers. But 10 or 12 hens would be even better.

I know this may not be possible for you, though. Sometimes people do not have the coop space.
