What is the best Food with Vitamin b12 or anything that has vitamin b12 that i can feed my rooster? he has vitamin b12 defficency what can i do to get this under control

 

[Break an Egg]

Raw egg yolk is high in b12. I would whisk it first and see if you can syringe some in. He may even eat it on his own. Worth a try.
