On my first time raising chicks! They are about 5-6 weeks old right now. Just moved them out to the coop and they seem to be doing fine, already coming in at night on the own. Some of my chickens are doing what I think might be rooster behavior, they sort of "charge " at each other and flap their wings or stand up tall in front of one another and flap their wings but then they'll be fine eating together? Also, one chick specifically is trying to jump on the other chicks backs. Is this rooster behavior? If not what are some early signs I can look for to k ow I have roosters in the bunch?

It's pretty normal chick behavior. Most baby animals play fight to some extent regardless of gender. If you want, feel free to take a close pic of each chick and post on the What Breed or Gender section. At 6ish weeks a cockerel should stick out.
