Rooster behavior starting ... bummer

I was hopeful that my beautiful Buff Brahma was a hen but he's not. I realized this several weeks ago. Today he mounted two hens, he wasn't very nice about it. What a bummer. He's a beautiful and gentle bird. I just hate to think he's going to turn into a jerk and have to go. I also have a Black Australorp that is turning cocky and possibly two RIR's. Dang it...

Sometimes what I do with my young roosters is to put them in a pen with an older, dominant rooster. The young roo gets all cocky and they fight for a bit, the older roo usually wins and busts the young roos confidence. Once they aren't so cocky and confident that they can win every fight they usually calm down a bit. If they get cocky again they go back in the big roo pen.
