My guess would be a pullet. Leghorns have big combs/wattles and she could be coming up on laying soon. Good luck!

I just noticed he or she is pulling out lower back feathers of a few hens. One hen more so than the other

Thanks for all the info, it is now obvious to me that I have one roo (the one on the left) among my flock. I just love this breed and have never enjoyed a chicken more!
