Rooster bloody wing

Hi, I am just curious as to what is causing this roo to have a bloody wing. There are no other roosters in with him that he could be fighting with, and they are in an enclosed run so no hawk or predator could've done it. I attatched a pic.

I see a fence behind him, so I'm wondering if he brushed against it wrong.

I only have him in this fenced in area for a little bit each day when I can supervise them from Hawks, this happened while he was in an enclosed run without any sharp edges.
