At this point do what suits you. Obviously show love and honor to your parents but being an adult you now have the choice of how often you want to visit. Part of growing up is learning how to protect your own sanity because your feelings matter just as much as everyone else's and you cannot care for others properly if you do not care for yourself. Yes, it may hurt some feelings sometimes but that is their problem. We are called to love others as we do ourselves and if we don't treat ourselves with kindness, that can leech over to how we treat others. I get flack for being a bit of a loner sometimes but if I don't spend significant time away from others I get snippy and irritable. For everyone's sake I make sure to take time for myself when needed
