Rooster born January 1st, egg has bullseye. Isn’t it too soon for egg to be fertilized?

First egg with bullseye. It’s not quite 4 months? Hen is a year old, rooster born January 1st (thanks to folks help on here! Thank you so much!) oh also I haven’t seen them mate, though rooster crows regularly

It is possible. Some mature more rapidly than others - more so bantams than large fowl in my experience.

It is possible. What breed is he? If he is crowing there is a good chance he may be fertile. Good luck and have fun...

Also side note, taking 8 month old silkie to bird vet today bc her leg is either broken or tendon out of place. Was thinking about taking her best friend Silkie (Nugget) so she won’t be afraid. Any thoughts?
