Just a thought, but maybe the problem lies in your incubation process? If it were me and my luck, the birds would be more likely to be doing everything right and I would be more likely to be the one screwing things up.
Or maybe you just have a bad incubator. Have you used it before with success? I've no experience, but I've heard that they don't always read the humidity levels properly and that sometimes the thermometer can start to read wrong.
I have a great incubator and I've been hatching for 5 years. So I don't think it's that.

Bummer. A new incubator would have been an easy fix.
