Rooster can't stand up

hello a friend brought me a rooster that had been stepped on by a goat at his parents house last October and I am very new to owning chickens. We have taken care of him since, he has always had a little trouble walking good but has gotten around just fine. Until a few days ago. He can seem to stand up, he falls over on his face. I hold water up to him and food and he eats and drinks he just can stand up. When I hold him his legs move and kick, they seem to be strong. If you have any idea of what is wrong or what I can do to help him I greatly appreciate it. I have him in a small container in my house to hold him up. I feel so bad for him.

I tried to upload a short video and it won't let me. I tried to figure out YouTube and I can't figure that either. Is there another way I can send the 34 second video. I set him down and he instantly falls over to the side or on his face. It is very sad.

You would have to have an email address to set up an free account with youtube in order to upload a video there.
Same as here.
Unfortunately we can't upload videos straight on here yet.

Does he have any other symptoms?
Have you ever read anything about Mareks?
That is the only thing I can think of.
BUT without seeing that is just a blind guess.

Poor guy....he is too cute.

He's so cute! I don't know how to help except give him electrolyte water. He almost looks dizzy.
