Rooster Chat

I guess I'm unusual, I've never had a rooster show aggression towards any people. I have 3 large breeds, 2 buff Orpingtons and a barnevelder. I also have 11 bantam roosters. I've had many different breeds and all have never bothered me. I don't handle them and will chase them off during their naughty teenage faze if they are making troubles. My birds are 100% free range so good roosters are very valuable. I personally wouldn't put up with any aggression, I was terrorized by roosters as a kid, I don't need that I'm my adult life. I'm gonna follow this thread because I love all things rooster.
I think it's the fact that you don't put up with the teenage antics..the confidence you present to them as you move among the flock...I've noticed that it's not always the "Size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog"...it's the reason my softball size fuzz ball Silkie Roo has remained at the top of the Dung heap for two years...although I don't think he will hold this position for much longer. He has decided to try to put my young Brahma cockrel in his place...they were having a face off yesterday...
