Rooster comb and waddles turned blue and can't crow

I am new to posting in here I have looked to this site for info. I am having problems with one of my roosters. He was crowing fine and acting like a normal rooster, but now he can't seem to crow he tried but it is nothing like what he sounded lke before. And now this afternoon his waddles and comb turned a purplish color. I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be appreciated. ty

Sounds like he's not getting enough oxygen. Does his breathing sound normal?
