ROOSTER COMB PATCHY

I have a total of 6 roosters all from the same hatchery. They are 15 weeks old. One of the roosters comb always looks like it has patchy blue areas on it. His comb is also is a lot lighter then the rest of the flock. He is eating normal and acts normal but I can tell he is not cut out for South Carolina heat. (pants more then the rest) Will someone please look at him and tell me what you think?

Could be a sign of heart trouble,especially paired with the panting.

There's not much you can do if it is heart trouble, sorry. Could be the heat but if he's always been that way and the others are fine...

Ugh. Well I will do my best to keep him cool . He is a sweet boy… I hope it just a heat thing.
