Alright here are few questions:

1) If you left it alone would it heal on it's own? Would the white dead part fall off?

2) If you cut it off will it grow back?
I know that's a stupid question but I have to ask.

Yes it can heal on its own and the frostbit part will fall off, but it can also get infected.
No it wont grow back.
Not stupid questions at all.
