Looks like they have been fighting to me.

Where are you located in the world?
Possibly Frostbite, but they look bloody.

I’m in middle Georgia so not frostbite. Did t think about fighting!!! Will bring them in and wash them up tomorrow and see if it’s blood. Thank you

Will check this out tomorrow And see about blood. Thank y’all!!! They are free range so not fencing. guess I’d better separate or downsize my roosters!

It looks like it's dried and scabbed already. If they free range, the blood will wear off, I would be inclined to just leave them be. Keep watch to see that the combs are healing and that nothing is getting infected.
Do they seem to be eating/drinking o.k.?

they were in the coop this afternoon when I noticed them. But seemed ok. they are pets so I can pick them up easily. In fact they usually come running when they see me. I’d rather check and medicate and make sure that what I’m seeing is dried blood.
