rooster cracked his spur off and is limping!

How concerned should I be? He cracked a spur off a year or two ago and it didn't trouble him at all. Now he's bloody and limping. I soaked it in some non iodized sea salt and put some anti baterial cream on the little stump that's left of his spur.

I have a roo that did that. Don't let the others feed off it.. It will heal.. no worries.

Just so long as you keep it can and clean it daily it should be fine. Like what Connie said I wouldn't worry about
