Rooster Crowing Non Stop

This morning, I put about 10 of my girls in the front yard, Theres still some gals out back... Now my white orp rooster Gonzo is crowing non-stop! Could this be because he's looking for the other girls out front?

Yes! Our rooster crows nonstop when he's upset by any re-arranging we do. He also flaps his wings a lot.

YOU GOT IT! HE'S MISSIN' HIS LADIES! LOL Better either let him go out front, or bring the ladies out back again. Sounds like he's a good shepherd for the hens....

He's a good boy, can be a pain in the rear... He loves to stand on the back porch, facing the door, and crows until he gets treats! He's worse than the kids!

Well, at least he's not attacking you! I had a really MEAN rooster. I really had to watch my back when I went out to feed the girls. Finally, I got tired of it and found him a new home. Now, I've got a six week old GLW cockerel that I've been handling ALOT. I hope he turns out to be a friendly rooster........

I had a really mean rooster once. He went on to a new life as fly fishing lures. Lots of them.
