Rooster crowing question

Thanks for the responses. I live in town and have one rooster (no ordinances against roos here, but don't want to make enemies of my great neighbors or be the reason for a new ordinance). I was thinking about a second roo for the other pen, but really not wanting to exponetially increase the crowing.
