Rooster crows all day?

Is it normal to have a rooster crowing throughout the day and night? It's nonstop.

Daytime is normal. Not at night. Normally when ours start crowing at night it mean there is somthin' out there.
Have you brought any new roosters home recently?

Mine start at about 4:00am and go on all day but shut up before they enter the coop at night,
