Rooster doesn't want anyrhing with the hens

I have couple females plymouth rock and one rooster. He doesn't want to make love w any hens . any advice how to encourage the rooster ? What to do ?

How old are each of the birds? How long have they been together? Have you checked the eggs for fertility or are you just going off of not witnessing mating?

He is probably molting. Some roosters become very uninterested during molting.
