Rooster feet in horrible condition

Hey so my oldest rooster Henry has been limping and now he can't even stand, his toes are swollen to at least 2x the normal size but don't seem to hurt when I touch them. his feet have always been large and for 8 years he has had knots in them but only recently have his feet swelled and it has affected him. the tip of his toe did fall off due to frost bite and it caused his toe to swell even more. I've been trying treatment for bumble foot and scales leg mites bug nothing seems to be working, he's almost 14 years old now and id like to try and help as much as possible since he eats, drinks and acts fine, any input at all would be greatly appreciated

I was afraid someone would say that, he's got past leg problems in the past but the time it just doesn't seem to be working. I will post the pictures here in just a moment.
