Since I have 4 roosters and only 6 hens, I decided to start a bachelor coop for 3 of them and it's been going well so I thought I'd share
I've got 2 english game/bantam cochin roosters and 1 buff orpington together
The coop is a little over 12sq ft and their run is 100sq ft. They're out in the run all day every day and the 2 cochin mixes are tiny so I'm not too worried about expanding the coop right now
Their run is a bit empty right now, I plan on adding more toys and things to climb on soon. I also got a better waterer after the first picture was taken, the green thing was just a temporary one.
They grew up together so they already had the pecking order all sorted out, which definitely made everything a lot easier.
And of course, I sit in the run with them every day and give them lots of attention. They get upset if I don't
Any advice/questions are welcome
