Rooster foot problems...help

His toes are not bleeding anymore. I have him in a cage in my garage with a heat lamp (since its in the low 30's and raining and the weather isn't suppose to get any better possible snow and freezing rain) until i can figure out what to do. Still trying to upload these pictures

Update: so its definitely frostbite I've been doing the epsom salt for a few days now. I'm concerned because the bottom of his one foot is mostly black and he barley stands on it. Usually he will if he's eating or drinking. Some of his toes are starting to shrivel up and he still has the yellow spots on others. He is getting very ancy being in the crate. Any ideas or thoughts on what I should do? Sorry for not having any more pictures but for some reason it won't let me upload them.

On the foot with black on the bottom, is that entire foot stiff? Could it be bumblefoot? If it IS stiff, then there could be a possibility he loses the foot eventually. Honestly, there's nothing I can do when my chickens begin losing toes. I spray the toes with vetrimycin if anything looks open. Maybe other people will have better suggestions :/

No the foot is not stiff. He just doesnt stand on it as much. He curls his toes up and puts it under his feathers and then he will straighten them back out when he stands on it
