Awesome to hear. I've forgotten if you mentioned this previously but do you know his age?
They are 21.6 weeks old today. LOL I got a birth certificate of sorts with them... the packing slip had the hatch time and date.

Update on my roo, we named him but its a bit political so I won't bring that here. Also the feed store had 3 tie outs(Made in the USA out of good materials) at only 8.50 each so I cleaned em out. Internet pricing was coming in at the 12-15 per mark. So I am set for spring aggression/mating/jerkiness now. I can feel much more confident turning my back on the boys knowing they will be dealt with should I have any issues. Also haven't had another incident after getting a handfull of neck hackle feathers I think that made a believer out of my boy.I got them from Cackle Hatchery here in Missouri. I ordered 8 RIR females and 1 Barred Rock male because the last one was so friendly. They send an extra RIR in case one died. They were 100% correct on sexing the chicks and they all arrived in good condition. I'm thinking about getting a couple of Cinnamon Queens and a couple of Golden Comet females in the spring. I must be nuts lol I can't eat 13 eggs a day but when this group stops laying the pullets will be laying, at least that's my theory.

He looks a little scared/wary of the large feed bringer...haha!I have an update on Henry, he has decided it's better to be my friend than try and attack me. He hopped up on my legs yesterday and I put my hand on his back and he squatted down and stayed down till he was ready to get down. He showed no indication of wanting to peck my hand or get away from my hand... I think he is coming around.
