Rooster guesses?

Our EE chicks turned three weeks old yesterday and I've noticed this one (Ninja) is developing a more prominent comb than the others. Also we've been hearing one make a different sound amidst all the cheeping, and have also noticed Ninja can be kinda bossy sometimes. So anyone want to take a guess? I know it's early to truly be able to tell.

My rooster still barely has any tail feathers at 10 weeks old. But it's definitely early to say. Cute chicks though!

Oh yeah the tail feather development is definitely contradictory. And I think I read somewhere along the way that EE's with grey legs are females. Only time will tell!

Both my EE have green legs.
