Rooster - gurgling and drunk acting

My rooster is making a gurgling noise - but he also acts drunk - gets top heavy falls over and can not right himself - I separated him and he's sitting fine (healthy looking) then the gurgling started - I'm going to worm him now and go from there - any ideas??

Gurgling is never good. If there is discharge get anti biotics going. Tylan is a good start.

If just gurgles, worm first but have some Tylan ready!
