Rooster has a lumpy foot

We are currently soaking it in epsom salt and warm water. Any ideas on how to make it go away

Look for a scab-like plug on the bottom of the foot first. This might possibly be bumblefoot.

Pictures of the bottom of the foot would help. Either bumblefoot or an injury, I would guess.
