I was holding one of my roosters, and I noticed that the feathers covering his ears are stuck together. I gently pulled the feathers away from his face, and saw that his ears are full of gunk. One is so full that I can't even see the hole anymore. What should I do now? Do I clean it? If so, what would be the best way to do that?

Yes, you should clean it. Take some warm water and apply around the dirty area and then use a q tip to help with gentle cleaning. Try using a very small drop of soap as well if you would like.
