Rooster has red/raw bare butt

One rooster, six hens... Rooster has inflamed, red, bare butt... Any thoughts? We haven't observed the hens pecking at him... He is pooping fine and seems otherwise normal and healthy. Thank you for any suggestions! Should we isolate him? Apply anything to the bare skin? He is one year old. Thank you!!!

I would definitely isolate him-the others will pick at bare spots. I would also apply some antibiotic cream without pain reliever just to make sure he doesn't get an infection.
