Rooster has red skin

I don't know what this is but he has red around his feather on his neck and on his legs and feet thats all. He is a Brahma rooster under a year old and I just noticed this a few weeks ago. None of the hens have red right around their feathers. He only has this on his neck and legs no where else. He is doing fine and doesn't appear to have any bugs. I will try to post pictures tomorrow. Thanks I will try to answer any questions but I am new to chickens so I need some help.

Cock birds usually get red skin and red in the legs once their testosterone starts flowing....
