Rooster HELP HELP!!!

Please can anyone tell me what is wrong with my rooster? I have found in on his back 2 times and last night my wife went out to gather the eggs, and found him on his back again under the coop. all day long his fine walks around and eats. But I am concern with his health. Maybe a stroke? Please help.. any suggestions...
