Rooster help

Does anyone know of a RIR or large fowl chicken group in New England? We have 2 RIR cockerels that were rescued (long story), and ended up in the barn (in MA) where I board my horses. I have banties and roos and can't house these 2 really nice and gentle reds. We are looking to find a home for these poor roos. They are healthy and around 7 months old. Any help or connections would be appreciated.

I would suggest you start a thread in the "chickens 8 weeks and older for sale" section of the forum (it doesn't matter that they are free); perhaps with a title such as "free RIR rescue roos" to draw attention.
